Q: Does JMJ offer a curriculum?

A: No JMJ does not offer a specified curriculum, but gives its members the choice of either a planned curriculum (Seton, Kolbe), or the opportunity to customize your own curriculum.

Q: Why would I wish to customize my own curriculum?

A: If your homeschooling student excels in a particular subject beyond his grade level, then a customized curriculum affords you the option of inserting an advanced text book into the curriculum to accommodate the student’s needs. On the flip-side this option can also assist students who may be floundering with a subject, and require a lower level text book. Also, the customizing option does not lock parents into purchasing all their text books from one publisher.
